Beyonce and Jay-Z's About Love Scholarship Program For HBCU Students


BeyoncĂ© and her husband, Jay-Z, have partnered with Tiffany & Co to launch the About Love scholarship program, a $2 million fund for HBCU students in the arts and creative fields. The funds will be used to help outstanding African American high school students who need helping paying for college.

Through their collaborative partnership with UNCF, Intel Corporation has established a scholarship program to help STEM students get on the fast track to a rewarding career. In addition to direct financial support, Intel-sponsored scholarships offer the benefits of exposure to potential job opportunities, networking with fellow scholars, insight to other scholarships, research, training opportunities, and access to mentors offering support on technical, non-technical, cultural, and dissertation-related needs.

Coca-Cola, one of the oldest companies in the world, has partnered with the United Negro College Fund to sponsor a new program for first generation college students. The program provides scholarship awards to students who are the first to attend college in their families. Applicants must be enrolled at one of the 37 colleges that are a part of the UNCF network.
